Access Bank Entry-Level Training Programme

Once you have submitted your application online, the recruitment process involves the following stages:

ELTP GRAD

• Applicants must be no older than 26 years at the time of application.
• For candidates with an MSc or LLB qualification, the maximum age limit is 28 years.
• A minimum of a Second Class Upper (2:1) degree from a recognized university is required.
• Completion of the NYSC program is mandatory.

Eligible Divisions:

• Enterprise Resource Group (ERG)
• Corporate and Investment Banking Division (CIBD)
• Commercial Banking Division (CBD)

ELTP RETAIL

• Applicants must be no older than 26 years at the time of application.
• Candidates with an MSc or LLB must not exceed 28 years.
• A minimum of a Second Class Lower (2:2) degree from a recognized university is required.
• NYSC completion is also required.

Eligible Divisions:

• Retail Sales
• Products
• Retail Operations
