Official FRSC Screening Date 2025

FRSC Screening Requirements
All shortlisted applicants are expected to report to their screening centers with the following documents and materials:
- Birth Certificate or Age Declaration
- Certificate of State of Origin
- O’Level Results (WASSCE, NECO, or GCE)
- Recent Passport Photographs
- Valid Driver’s License (for driver applicants only)
- Writing Materials
- Acknowledgment Slip (printed from the FRSC portal)
- Educational Qualifications (NCE, ND, HND, or B.Sc)
- White Shorts
- White Round-neck T-shirt
- White Canvas Shoes and Socks
The screening process will include:
