Important Update: The 2024 Post-UTME registration deadline has been extended, giving applicants more time to complete their submissions.

Eligibility Criteria
1. Post-UTME Candidates
If you scored 150 or above in your JAMB UTME, you are eligible to apply! Even if FUTO was not your first-choice institution, you can still apply after updating your choice on the JAMB CAPS portal.
2. Direct Entry Candidates
If you hold an OND, HND, First Degree, or A’Level qualification in relevant fields, you are also eligible to apply. Please ensure your academic transcript is submitted to FUTO before the application deadline.
Programme Requirements: What JAMB Score Do You Need?
Each FUTO program has a specific minimum JAMB score requirement. Here’s a quick guide:
- Programmes Requiring 150+: Agriculture, Biochemistry, Environmental Science, Project Management, Health Technology.
- Programmes Requiring 170+: Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Microbiology.
- Programmes Requiring 200+: Medicine and Surgery.
Screening Process
The screening will be based on:
- Your verified JAMB score.
- The results uploaded on JAMB’s Central Admissions Processing System (CAPS).
Important: Ensure your O’Level results (WAEC, GCE, NECO, NABTEB) are uploaded on JAMB CAPS by September 30, 2024 to be considered.
Key Tips Before Applying
- Double-check that your information on the FUTO portal matches your JAMB CAPS profile (registration number, date of birth, state of origin).
- Provide a valid email address and mobile number so FUTO can contact you.
- Submit your academic transcript to the FUTO Registrar by September 30, 2024. Failure to do so may result in disqualification.
Applying for the 2024 FUTO Post-UTME/DE Screening
The application fee is N2,000.00 (Two Thousand Naira). Follow these simple steps to complete your application:
- Visit the FUTO Undergraduate Portal.
- Generate an invoice by entering your JAMB registration number.
- Pay the fee either online using your ATM card or at any bank with the provided Remita Retrieval Reference Number (RRR).
- After making the payment, return to the portal and fill out the application form.
- Carefully review your information, submit the form, and print your acknowledgment slip.
