Nigerian Army DSSC/SSC Application Form 2025

Eligibility Requirements for Nigerian Army DSSC/SSC 2025
Applicants must fulfill the following conditions:
- Must be a Nigerian citizen as defined by the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
- Must be aged 20–30 years by July 2025 (Medical consultants must not exceed 40 years).
- Must be physically and mentally fit in line with Nigerian Army standards.
- Must be recommended by two referees, who could be:
- A Local Government Chairman/Secretary,
- A senior military officer not below the rank of Lieutenant Colonel or equivalent,
- An Assistant Commissioner of Police or above.
Referees’ attestation letters must include their passport photographs.
- Must provide an attestation letter from former educational institutions.
- Minimum height requirement: 1.68m for males, 1.65m for females.
- Must not have any pending disciplinary case and must present clearance from a commanding officer.
- Must possess a minimum of Lower Credit in HND or Second Class Lower in a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Must provide a valid birth certificate or age declaration endorsed by the NPC, hospital, or local government council.
- Must have an active NYSC discharge or exemption certificate.
- Graduates of professional disciplines must be registered with the appropriate regulatory body before cadet training.
- Must provide valid email addresses and phone numbers of parents/guardians and Next of Kin.
- Must not have any tattoos or body piercings.
- Must present original copies of all academic certificates, from primary to tertiary level.
