Eligibility Criteria
Candidates who meet the following requirements are eligible to apply for the Post-UTME screening at the University of Calabar:
- First Choice Applicants: Candidates who selected the University of Calabar as their first choice institution in the 2024/2025 JAMB UTME and obtained a minimum score of 140.
- Change of Institution Applicants: Candidates who initially chose a different institution but wish to apply to the University of Calabar, provided they scored at least 140. These applicants must effect a change of institution to the University of Calabar via the JAMB portal (www.jamb.org.ng).
Registration and Payment Procedures
Applicants can complete their registration and payment through either of the following methods:
Option 1: E-Tranzact Method
- Visit any commercial bank nationwide.
- Make the required payment and obtain an E-Tranzact PIN.
- Visit the University portal at www.myunical.edu.ng.
- Click on the UTME Admission Screening link.
- Follow the instructions using your confirmation order number.
Option 2: Online PIN Purchase
- Visit www.myunical.edu.ng.
- Click on “Buy Post-UTME PIN Online”.
- Complete your payment on the portal.
- Use the generated transaction ID as your PIN to access the screening form.
Steps to Complete Your Application
Once you have your confirmation PIN or transaction ID, proceed as follows:
- Access the Portal
- Go to www.myunical.edu.ng.
- Click on the UTME Admission Screening link.
- Input Your Credentials
- Enter your JAMB Registration Number.
- Enter your confirmation order number or transaction ID.
- Click Login and follow the instructions provided.
- Finalize and Submit
- Review and confirm all entered information.
- Click SUBMIT.
- Print a copy of the completed form for your personal records.
