We’re pleased to inform you that the Nigeria Customs Service (NCS) 2025 shortlist has officially been released. The PDF list of shortlisted candidates is now accessible via the official portal at www.vacancy.customs.gov.ng. All applicants are encouraged to check if their names appear on the list.
The 2025/2026 NCS shortlist, including the first and second batch of successful candidates, is now available online. You can download the list, confirm your status, and get further instructions for the next phase of the recruitment process.

Is the Nigeria Customs Shortlist for 2025 Out?
Yes, the list of shortlisted candidates for the Nigeria Customs Service recruitment is now public. All applicants who participated in the recruitment exercise should visit the portal at www.vacancy.customs.gov.ng to check their names.
In addition, shortlisted applicants are advised to check their email inboxes for further instructions from NCS, including details on the next stages such as screening or documentation.
How to Check the Nigeria Customs Shortlisted Candidates 2025
Follow these steps to access the NCS shortlist:
- Visit the official portal: www.job.customs.gov.ng
- Log in with your email address, application ID, and password.
- On your dashboard, click on the ‘Shortlist’ tab.
- Select ‘Download Shortlist’ to view the list.
- Search for your name in the downloaded file.
Download the Supplementary Shortlist for 2025
Candidates on the shortlist are required to report to the Office of the Comptroller (Establishment) at Nigeria Customs Service, Old Federal Secretariat, Area 1, Garki, Abuja, on:
Wednesday, 15th June 2025, for the Computer-Based Test (CBT) as part of the final selection process.
Required Documents:
Candidates must bring the following:
- Original copies of credentials
- Certificate of Origin (Indigene Letter)
- Birth Certificate or Age Declaration
- Four (4) photocopies of each credential
- Four (4) recent passport-sized photographs
Note: Candidates who fail to complete documentation by Tuesday, 7th December 2025, will be considered to have declined the offer.
